Bespoke Brass Frames

Our bespoke brass frames are designed to provide a high-quality finish for air vents, aircon grilles, grille frames and other decorative fittings.

All of the grilles featured on this site can be fitted into a bespoke brass frame.

Each frame is produced from 3 mm (1/8") brass extrusion, carefully mitred, soldered and polished to create a neat, durable result. We offer a choice of profiles; Flat, Angle or T section, in standard widths of 13 mm, 19 mm or 25 mm, with a variety of finishes including polished, satin, antique and nickel options.

Whether used to frame ventilation grilles, enhance radiator covers, or give definition to custom projects, our frames combine strength with refined detailing.

Frame Profile Options

Brass Frame – Flat Section

These frames are commonly used with air vents, aircon grilles, radiator grilles, and other decorative panels, where a flatter surface mounted outline enhances the overall design without distraction.

Brass Frame – Angle Section

Angle Frames are especially suited to use with air vents, aircon grilles, radiator covers, and other decorative grille frames, where a sharp and defined edge is required. This frame profile in more commonly used for surface mounting.

Brass Frame – T Section

The T Section Frame profile is particularly effective for use with larger air vents, aircon grilles, and radiator covers, where multi-panel construction is required or the panels are mounted within an existing void and stability is essential.
