Reproduction Ironmongery

Original items can be reproduced either by casting or by manufacture from solid material. The photograph right shows an original locking casement fastener together with a brass casting used to reproduce the item exactly.

Repair & Refurbishment

Brass Tacks offer a repair and refurbishment service. Tarnished items can be brought back to their former glory in our polishing shop and then lacquered to maintain the high quality finish. The photograph right shows identical sets of window furniture. One set is tarnished; the other has been refurbished.
